TERMS OF USE

International USPS shipments sometimes show no tracking information at all until they leave the U.S. Because of this, international buyers accept all responsibility for shipments upon ordering their products through FPV Media that are sent through the USPS.

To help protect against credit card fraud, HoverMill reserves the right to cancel or hold any orders that are of suspicious nature or where buyer payment information cannot be verified. Using PayPal and shipping to a verified address is the easiest way to ship without interruption. If the billing and shipping address are not the same, the order may be held until payment information is verified.

It is the buyers responsibility to determine the legality of use of the item purchased from HoverMill in their locations. HoverMill and its ownership take no responsibility for any damage due to the failure of equipment or use of the equipment, or any legal requirements for operating or receiving the items. Furthermore, HoverMill is not responsible for any items seized or taken by customs.

Upon purchase, the buyer agrees upon purchase that any items shipped to U.S. addresses are to be used by the purchaser and are not to be resold without approval from HoverMill. HoverMill will not be obligated and will not assume any lawful liability for any equipment that is offered or sold to another party after being shipped to the original buyer. The purchaser concurs that they will stick to all laws and guidelines, and that they will not utilize the gear such that endangers the purchaser or others.

RETURNS

If your purchased item is damaged or you have any problems, get in touch with us immediately to work out the issue. DIY units, BNF’s and RTF’s on hovermill.com are non-refundable.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Returns that are received 14 days after the original order shipment date.

Returns that are received in worn, used or damaged condition.

Any custom built products including RTF/BNF kits or frames.

Any offers that states the sale is final.

All of our products hold a (14) day warranty in the case of a manufacturer defect. Any products that are damaged due to drops, wear and tear, water damage, electrical damage or damage incurred by user alterations are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Any returns due non store credit "are dependent upon 25% restocking charge.

HoverMill recommends thoroughly inspecting all BNF/RTF’s before battery power is supplied to the unit.  If there are any signs of modification, electrical short, fire/water damage or any general misuse of the product HoverMill reserves the right to refuse any return. HoverMill will repair or replace a product found to be defective with an original or similar model. If the replacement model is not available, a store credit can and may be issued instead.
